KONTRIBUSI IBU RUMAH TANGGA DALAM USAHA PENGOLAHAN IKAN ASAP DI DESA TOOLAWAWO KECAMATAN LALONGGASUMEETO KABUPATEN KONAWE PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA

Abstrak

Aiming to find out the activities carried out by housewives in the smoked fish processing business and how much contribution of income obtained by the mother of the ladder in the smoked fish processing business in supporting the family economy This research was carried out in October-December 2019. The data obtained in the study is a primary and secondary type of data. Sampling techniques through in-person interviews with respondents. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of data obtained that of all the activities of the dominant fish fumigation activities carried out by housewives and the highest contribution of housewives amounted to Rp 4,840,000 or the amount of 60% contribution, while the lowest amounted to Rp.3,720,417 or a contribution of 58% in a month. This shows that housewives as smoked fish business actors in Toolawawo village, Lalonggasumeeto District, Konawe Regency make a great contribution in the household.
